As a way to upsell you, there is a common stereotype that certain home repair technicians/companies will misrepresent the issue that you are experiencing. I am not denying the reality of the stereotype. Rather, based on my recent experience today, I want to say that High Priority Plumbing is the very opposite of this. First, I must commend the High Priority Plumbing representative who scheduled my appointment. Although it originated through my home warranty service provider (American Home Shield), it was the High Priority Plumbing representative who contacted me to schedule the visit. She was so kind, patient, and understanding about the urgency of my service request. Secondly, when Nick Thompson arrived to complete the request just one day later, he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the source of my issue, but he went above and beyond offering maintenance tips. He was professional and also receptive to the information I shared. Due to this positive experience, I think he should begin a training course to help service technicians across the country know how to engage with customers. High Priority Plumbing, you have two amazing individuals on your team, and I will be sure to use Nick again for future plumbing concerns.
