EDIT: Learned that Claudia NEVER reached out to the office and I’ve been asking for help since September. The office finally called me and told me this was the first they had heard about it! They told me not to deal with billing department anymore that they would personally help me. Horrible Customer Service and money greedy from employee Claudia. Posting that supervisor Claudia is absolutely horrible and incompetent. Asked multiple times about a bill being discounted or for some help because of an office error regarding my insurance and every time I called she would promise me that she would reach out to the doctor and get back to me. NOPE. Never happened everytime I would in fact get no call back and instead a freaking bill for the same amount. Last time I called and I called her out on not calling me back she hung up. Not very manager like if you ask me. She needs to be removed from her position as she does not care about the patients but if only trying to settle bills like the heartless woman she is. Again her name is Claudia.

As a patient and also someone who works in the medical billing world; I received a statement from this billing company in June 2022 trying to recoup money from 2021. Their staff and services are absolutely disappointing. I called to inquire about the claim statuses and they were very rude and lied about the claim date submissions. They submitted the claims past 90 days from the Date of Service and got denied by insurance. Since they were late in filing the claims and failed to get reimbursed by the insurance company, they put that as the patient's responsibility and insisted on out-of-pocket. They lied and said my insurance was lack of coverage which was not true because I had the same coverage for the past 1.5 years. I talked to my insurance and they found out they're trying to submit the claims that were already passed 1 year (This is also reflected on my insurance billing account). This billing company refused to take responsibility for their late filing and removed the balances from my account. This is considered fraud. I understand they're trying to recoup money for providers aggressively, but NOT in this sketchy and unethical way. It's shameful. For all providers out there, if you feel this is not affecting your patient experience. Think twice before signing up with this type of medical billing company!
