Dr. Tracy is admirable as he shares the whole plan, the benefits, the time-period and the expected results. He is upfront in saying that the result is based on how committed the person is in following through the recommendations and not on what he and his team at New Life offers. They offer a solution, but the client has to daily and consistently apply the solution for it to work. I am a healthcare professional, from working as a critical care nurse to being a doctor in Natural Medicine. I thought that I knew everything there is in improving my own health. After all that was my major focus in life. But God showed me that I must be humble enough to realize that help is necessary and my own knowledge is limited because it is like having a tunnel vision. I felt at peace with Dr. Tracy's program and was actually astounded with how detailed the information provided and how closely their follow-up protocol was. Just because I handled life’s challenges with grace doesn’t mean they were not tough. I did give myself credit for my strength! But I also remembered that it’s okay to ask for help which is what I did. And Dr. Tracy repeatedly reminded me of the fact that I DID ALL THE WORK, not them. Program is very detailed, has provided much knowlege regarding nutrition, how ones body works as we are all different, provides support routinely and as needed. I have followed many programs for weight loss and nutrition unsuccessfully. This program is a wealth of information for a lifetime.
